Every plan keeps the books properly.

The ledger, the reports, the reconciliation and the audit trail are in all three plans, per set of books, for as many people as you want to invite. Business adds invoicing; Advanced adds per-class reporting.

Personal

One set of books for the family finances.

Household books
$5/month per set of books

Or $50/year — 2 months free.

Start free — 30-day trial
  • One set of books on a full double-entry ledger
  • Unlimited accounts, transactions and payees
  • All reports: P&L, balance sheet, trial balance, general ledger — with CSV export
  • Bank and card statements in, matched against what you've entered
  • Reconcile to the exact cent
  • Receipts and attachments, read for you automatically
  • Close the books: period locking and a change log
  • Quick entry on your phone, installable to your home screen
  • Bring your history over from QuickBooks or Quicken

Business

Per set of books, for each entity you run.

A business you run

Or $200/year — 2 months free.

  • Invoicing: create, send, PDF, record payments
  • Products & services on invoice lines
  • Sales tax rates and customer exemptions
  • Bring your open invoices over from QuickBooks

Advanced

Everything, including per-class reporting.

Properties and projects
$50/month per set of books

Or $500/year — 2 months free.

Start free — 30-day trial
  • Everything in Business, per set of books
  • Classes for per-property or per-project reporting
  • P&L by class, and class detail on every report
  • Your existing classes come across on import

Prices are in US dollars and exclude any sales tax that applies where you are. Migration help is included — if an import doesn’t reconcile, that’s a bug to fix, not a service to bill for.

Billing questions

What does “per set of books” mean?
One subscription covers one entity's books — its own chart of accounts, its own reports, its own reconciliations. If you run three businesses you subscribe three times, and they all live under one login.
Do I need a card to start?
No. Every new set of books starts with a free 30-day trial of everything — set it up, run a month through it, look at the reports, and decide afterwards.
What happens if I cancel or a payment fails?
The books switch to read-only. You can still sign in, read everything and export it; you just can't add or change entries until you subscribe again.
Do people cost extra?
No. We don't charge by the seat. Invite as many people as a set of books needs — including your accountant, who gets a read-only role that can see and export everything without changing anything.
What's the difference between the plans?
The bookkeeping core — ledger, reports, reconciliation, imports, attachments, period locking — is identical everywhere. Business adds invoicing (with products and sales tax); Advanced adds classes and per-class reporting. Upgrade or downgrade any time.

Try it with your own numbers.

Set up a set of books, put a real month through it, and see whether the reports come out the way you expect. That costs nothing to find out.
